I truly enjoyed this perfect hotel with its marvellous location and outstandingly accommodating staff. They provided a wide array of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included.

This place was conveniently located near the airport, shops, and restaurants, and we enjoyed spending our evenings at the nearby Scumm Bar; the room was impeccably clean with a spacious, comfortable bed and a luxurious spa tub.

The bed is very comfortable, the pool area is very well cared for and beautiful. The staff tries to solve the problems that arose

Well, I will comment objectively my stay at the hotel the turtle, hotel is located in a perfect area, near the shopping area, great atmosphere and very close to the beach, rooms are clean and although a little small I think not bad size, has a small refrigerator that helps a lot when buying water and that this cold. We had a problem that we burned the room, of course some of our things were lost or burned. truth is that the hotel gave us the first night another room of the same characteristics, since our room was impossible to be there, in the second room the air conditioning worked but when it was half an hour in operation water began to fall on the part where we had the television and several electronic objects plugged in, we had to sleep without air since we were afraid that we had another short. next day the hotel manager, told us that everything that had been lost that the hotel took care that we put in a bag what could not be recovered, for now everything is perfect and gave us the most premium room that had the hotel suite, in truth that gave us quite the same, we wanted as soon as possible we could solve the issue of everything we had lost mobile phone chargers clothes we had nothing to wear, not in my case but if in the case of my companion. Well, from the hotel, they told us to buy two similar suitcases, OK we bought two suitcases, same size and more or less similar, hotel took care of paying for them, until the last day we were not given a solution to what we had lost they gave us a list of things we had lost and we thought it was good, there was something missing and hotel put it on the list without any problem. What is the problem that being the last day tells us that the hotel insurance only takes care of 50% of what we had lost, that I am to blame

Positive attitude, location, prices and whole hotel is excellent, breakfast is included but we only take it once, it has good flavor although it is not very consistent, pool has very good natural temperature (environment), you can swim with much tranquility, drinks of the bar are very good and attention of Manuel (the bar to tend) was very kind, it is very near everything, fifth avenue, coconut bongo and beach, places to buy. In the hotel there is wi fi; there is cleaning in everything, calm (there is no noise, is perfect) the view of the rooms gives to the pool (it is incredible! They sell tours there, Ruben attended us and his treatment is very kind, we did the tour of Tulum Coba and Cenote started 7. 20am and finished 6pm, tour was good (although the guide brought us almost running in each place, because we stayed about 1 hour or less in each place (free time), price less than $1000 per person, other tours (most) $1, 500 aprox per person, it is recommended to buy in hotel (although outside there are many sellers of cheaper tours, they told us that they could not meet us, so we did not hire). bars close very early! Aprox 2 am or earlier, we went to fah is good, accessible account of two aprox$480 plus tip, I do not recommend fat tuesday, expensive, more than $500MXN for 2 daikiris(depending on your specialty)taste like frutsi, bad quality forced attention and in general a waste of time and money. I highly recommend the hotel, it's incredible, I went with my girlfriend and we liked it very much, of course we would go there again!

    Everything was excellent!

Great relaxing poolside lounge/bar. Small but chic

The prices quoted for tours and transfers were double what we ended up booking on the high street

Very friendly staff and the place was beautiful in every way.

Only one thing the room we stayed in room 117 was noisy from the night club just two doors down the road (coco bongo !)

The breakfast was absolutely superb with many options to choose from, continental dishes and amazing cocktails, you will not be disappointed. We only stayed 9 nights, but the staff were happy to help - ticked all the boxes for us. Also, location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, within a close distance from Pier Navega.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and just a short distance from the shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a charming courtyard and pool area where we could relax and unwind. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that our every need was taken care of. We especially enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant next door, with delicious options to choose from. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a great location.

Lovely hotel, staff really look after you, we were there on honeymoon so we indulged in this hotel although it is rather overpriced for what it offers but probably comparable to other hotels in the area. Stunning hotel though, public areas were just perfect

Right next to a large and late opening night club, didnt really bother us but I can imagine it would bother some, open from midnight until 6.30 am every day

It is very close to everything you want to do in Playa Del Carmen which is also very close to main attractions like Xplor and Xcarat.

The Massage Spa is way too expensive compared to every massage spa within 5 miles. $120 versus $30 per hour is huge difference, surprised they have any customers at all. The wifi needs improving. It came and went and was never stable or really usable.

I recently stayed at this lovely 4-star hotel in the heart of Playa, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location couldn't be better - nestled in a quieter neighborhood, it truly felt like an oasis in the jungle of over-touristic Playa. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from the bustling shopping street and all the action.

While this hotel is perfect for adults looking for a peaceful retreat, I would recommend another option for families with children.
